oooo love it! congrats!
Beautiful!
nclrgirl, thank you so much!
This crazy thing was Todd Gray's last Asscher from his favorite cutter, and it took the diamond 24 days to get to Daniel M. in Mass. Sustained agony. I told Dan, if I ever get that ring, I'm going to name it "Misery."
My endless thanks to the two gentlemen mentioned above for their kindness and generosity. Two great people who have added immeasurable value to my modestly sized diamond ring.
Your beautiful ring looks like it was well worth the wait!
Gorgeous Asscher!!!
Beautiful! Congratulations.
Beautiful! I love asschers and this is a glorious one!
What a lovely diamond! Wow!
Oooohhh! Very nice! And I love the new 'step' ring with it!
I could be wrong, of course, but I have a sense that this is one of those rings that looks nice in photos - but FABULOUS in real life.
Enjoy, @Ibrakeforpossums! It's lovely!

RunningwithScissors, thank you for your comment! I enjoy and learn from your posts.
This diamond is a strange story, Todd offered to sell it from his previous business inventory and as soon as I said, "How much?" he dropped out of sight.
Turns out he was ill so 12 days later I bought it from Brian Gavin where it was stored.
This is the only diamond I've ever bought that appeared larger than I expected. i checked that I hadn't been shipped the wrong stone!
diamondhoarder, I'm late in thanking you for this kind comment. Someday, perhaps I'll get a good photo and not the craigslist quality I've been putting out.
Now that your Asscher has a happy new owner, do you have your eye on anything?
