Anyone has purchased from B2C Jewels recently? How is its service like?
Pascal is super nice! I was considering a stone from them (didn't end up buying, but that was just bc it wasn't exactly what I wanted), and he was super kind, patient, and helpful.
Yes!!!! I talk to other SA, maybe 2-3 others but Pascal is the best!!! He assisted me for my other purchase which I didn’t ended up getting from them but he’s been very helpful!
@La2020 if you don’t see any picture, run the GIA in rarecarat sometimes other vendors have them, but if not, you can ask Pascal to get images, and other than the diamond listed in their web, you can tell Pascal specifically what you’re looking for, and ask him to give you some options because they can get other diamonds that doesn’t listed in their web, contacting Pascal will get you more access. Good luck!

And agreed with others that they can usually get virtual inventory for less than other vendors like BN. But definitely the SA's vary. I specifically wanted a champagne/brown tinted diamond and one of the SA's kept saying "you don't want *that* one, it's BROWN!", despite my repeated attempts to explain that yes, I indeed want a brown tinted stone. But Pascal was amazing.
So I’m in charge on buying diamond for my family. I myself a big sucker for super ideal diamond, getting from non-super ideal vendors bothers me (coz I can’t upgrade and will be stuck with my purchase). But for my families I bought diamonds from virtual vendors (they don’t want to pay the super ideal premium). I bought 2 diamonds from B2Cjewels for my SIL, 1ct D and 2ct G. They both super happy with the diamond I got for them. Purchased 2ct one on March-June 2020. Have no trouble, wonderful customer service, you can call them to get faster response, I work with Pascal and I think he’s better than other SA I talked to.
If you see a virtual diamond elsewhere you can ask them if they can get it for you. Usually you can get it from them $300-500 cheaper from other virtual vendors. I got the 2ct with ring setting from them and I can say their craftsmanship is better than BN studs I got for my SIL 2yrs ago.
as long as you know what to look for I think with the half priced from super ideal vendors you can get a beautiful diamond from them too. The only down side of them is I don’t see an upgrade policy listed in their website. So if the diamond you want to get from them is only 10-30% cheaper than same specs from super ideal vendors it might not be the best option I think. It all depends whether you want an upgrade in the future/not. Or maybe you can ask them about it.
oh, the same diamond was listed in BN for $17k-ish and I got it from them $14300-600ish.
Not sure if this will help you are not but B2C is a trusted vendor. I know we have some PSers that bought from B2C but you may have to
wait a while until they log on and see this post.

Edit...just saw @TheLady had good feedback.
i have - they are less full service imho than other online vendors but very responsive
That's a good point! Will keep that in mind.. I am actually hunting for unusual diamond cuts and happen to see one on the b2c site (a 0.69 c) . Although the price seems reasonable.. It is still nearly 500 usd more than JA which has a similar cut but smaller (0. 59c).
B2c has no free shipping for overseas buyers like me..and this I am wondering if it is safer to go with JA.
Could you elaborate on the less full service? Do you refer to the upgrade policy?
No, this was a few years ago but we found dealing with customer service was a little odd. They were super responsive but it took a lot of email back and forth to get to a clear answer of things. If we sent a follow up it wasn’t necessarily answered by the same person so there was some miscommunication. Hopefully that process has changed by now.
Hi All
I made an order from B2C it has been 3 weeks but still waiting for them to process my order.
I was told by b2c that that max numbers of days I can expect is 10 days of waiting prior shipping before the order (I have assumed that they had buffered in the delay due to COVID) - but the duration of the wait has gone beyond that.
PSer, have any of you purchased from them recently? How long did you wait?

@munchee @diamondseeker2006 , thanks for responding. Yes I have emailed them last week and their response was that the b2c has a lot of "unexpected orders this month". Nevertheless, my order should be shipped by this week.
However, this week is coming to an end too, hence I wondered what is the typical waiting time. I hope I do not sound too pushy by emailing them again.
Its another week now, how is it going?
I would ask for another update, don’t feel like your being pushy ....it’s your hard earned money so you have the right to ask.
