Barry Bridgestock mint tourmaline three stone w/ tsavorites

I've had this setting for quite a while, and as you can see from the last photo, the ring held czs, but the setting in a nice weight 14k wg. I got the mint tourmaline on one of Barry's drops a few months ago and just got the ring back from the jeweler last week. It's a very striking ring and I like the fact that it's not a common combo.

2.36ct - 8.7 x 7mm super nova oval. Per Barry "Mint Tourmaline...This medium/light minty green tourmaline comes from Mozambique. It is flawless at 10x and lively."

Tsavorites are matched set of 4mm ea - VVS stones.

This was the one that was in the March 30th drop. I think he's had others, but I wanted one with no hint of blue and was pleased to see this one was even prettier than his picture.

I would never think to pair a lighter minty green stone with more chrome greens like tsavorites. Very nice combination, I like it very much, and I love that setting. Well done!!

Thanks TL! I was pleasantly surprised at how well they went together, and to have them fit an existing setting without having to redo any of the prongs made it even better.

Thanks again for the nice comments... yes, being the first to pull the trigger on a supernova isn't always easy. I think the reason I got lucky on this one is because his photo really didn't do the color any justice and I had to just trust his verbal description over the photo. This is the second stone that I have gotten from him that the color IRL was much nicer than in his photos.
