THATS the EXACT one I saw yesterday when I was browsing for dresses for... someone else on here (don''t recall the name)... I LOVED it.

I swear by the time I get married, I''m going to have broken all the dress records.

First I bought a Christos. Gave it to a friend.
Now I have a Rivini...

And well... as I keep looking at everyone''s new gowns. I am getting wedding dress DSS.

WHEN you try this on... PLEASE get a ton of pics of that trim at the hem and the lace at the hips.

I hope it''s everything you want it to be. Personally I ADORE it from the pics. And I do NOT like corset back gowns.

I bought one of her gowns on ebay that I adore, but now may have to give it up as we''ve decided on a Hawaii destination wedding, and I don''t think I could A) bear it in the heat, or B) bear getting such a beautiful gown dirty!!!

So, as brought up in my poll thread, I''m going dress shopping for the first time within a week or so, and I''ve been calling around shops trying to find this dress. NOBODY has it yet, but we''ve deduced (me and various shop ladies) that it''s probably from the Spring 08 release which hasn''t made it into stores yet. Sad, because that means I might have to wait a while. BUT I just got off the phone with a shop in the area (that has gotten rave reviews from the Knotties), and it turns out they''re going to market this weekend, will be picking up Maggie Sottero for the first time, and she (the buyer) is definitely going to look into getting the Celestina dress since I asked about it! Yippee!!!!!

And, if no shops in the area buy a sample of Celestina, there''s a Maggie trunk show in Pittsburgh the weekend I''ll be there w/ FI''s family for Thanksgiving.

I know it''s silly to assume I can learn everything from a photo about how I''ll actually like the dresses in real life, but my collection of photos to take with me is at least half Maggie! Good thing there are at least several shops around here that carry them! FI''s a Greensburg boy, born and raised, just like his parents and grandparents. The idea of sticking in one spot is foreign in my family, so it''s crazy when I visit and hear stories from his grandmother about how the restaurant we just had dinner was where she had her first date with her husband... Of course, you have to take her stories with a grain of salt, but you get the idea...

I know how you feel! I had the FEELING from two dress photos. One is from the Fall Raylia collection and I''m still waiting for it to show up at a local store. They said late September, and it''s not here yet.

Also had this feeling, maybe a BIGGER feeling, for a Ronald Joyce dress only available in the UK. I''ve actually thought about buying it blind and having it shipped to me in TX! I hope that the dress is all you imagine it to be when you see it!!

I don''t know. To me it looks as if her skirt is slipping and she''s grabbing at it on her hip to hike it back into place!

LOL. Isn''t it great how we all differ in what we want and there are PLENTY of choices so we can all be happy on THAT DAY!
