I just wanted to share my new setting with all my fellow PSers because I am so happy with this new setting and it definitely showcases the stone A LOT better!! Makes the 1.69ct look lots bigger

Your ring is beautiful!! You''re right, it does showcase your stone much better... Less stuff to distract your eye!!

Hi Goobear, it was really by chance, I was window shopping for settings and went into the 47th street jewelry exchange and found Herman Rotenberg of Unusual Wedding Rings... http://www.unusualweddingrings.com/

His booth was nothing fancy but he was very helpful and especially receptive to what I was looking for and how I wanted the stone set.

Hope this helps!

The new setting definitely showcase the stone better. The halo was taking away the beauty of the stone.
