Any recommendations for a good jeweler in Portland?

I love Maloy's, they do some amazing restoration work.

While your waiting these look like awesome benches in Portland Oregon.

I don’t believe I have been to that bench yet! Thanks!

Quite lovely...they really accentuate the subtle tint!

Yes! My ol' stompin' grounds! Thank you for the up-vote!

Margulis is the best in the PNW for custom work, imo. They are also in the midst of their first-ever sale and it has been busy. I hope they stay in business -- they have been hit hard by PDX's general woes, and then COVID.

Also Smith & Bevill a little further west in Beaverton. Margulis is almost all house-made but S&B carries a lot of familiar commercial lines at all price-points.

PDX has struggled to support higher-end jewelers -- lots of big-name closures over the last few decades.

Depends on what you are looking for. Maloy in downtown is small but has funky vintage and antique at a lower price-point than Margulis. My son had something made for his GF there a few years back (not a ring :cool2:).

This is for my daughter in law, she ended up at Malka Jewelers. She was looking for an A Jaffee setting and there was no dealer in the area. Then I thought of the Vatché U-113 and they carry it. She is ending up with a less expensive in house setting by their jeweler that looks almost the same. I’m going to visit soon so I will see how it looks.
