Hey all -
It all started during a walk through Tiffany and Co. when my then-girlfriend, now-fiance persuaded me to look at rings. I was in awe at how beautiful the rings looked on her, but as many men do, I also worried about the budget. My dream was to get a beautiful stone separately for a fraction of the price, and then get a beautiful ring - on par with Tiffany and other top-level designers - to have the stone set in.
My prayers were answered when I learned about Maytal Hannah (https://maytalhannah.com/) - an independent designer and artist who also did a stint at Tiffany before starting her own line. Maytal worked with me to pick out the perfect diamond - helping to advise me on size, color, cut, and clarity. She then worked with me on a design that was uniquely suited to my fiance's hand. We opted for a classic Tiffany-style Rexclaw design (a design that actually is much older than Tiffany). We arranged to have the diamond sent to her and using her creative mind and her talented team of artists, Maytal created a beautiful ring that exceeded expectations and which will be something my fiance and I will treasure for the rest of our lives.
I've attached some pictures of the ring. The bottom is a picture she sent us before we gave the ok on the final design and right before she shipped. The top is the ring actually on my fiance's hand - hope that it inspires you to consider working with this incredible woman.
