Between 2 Diamonds - Natural Emerald Cut

Hi everyone!

First time posting here and appreciate any feedback that can be given. Between 2 diamonds right now, and have questions on eye-clean status on one and the overall look on both. Visually they both look good to me, however trained eyes can spot things I can't see.

Question on this one is if it will be eye clean. There is the one inclusion in the corner I am concerned about. Are there any other aspects of this diamond I should know or be concerned about?

Only questions I have on this is that it is a little cheaper than lower clarity diamonds of the size and specifications, is there any reason for it? Are there any other aspects of this diamond I should know or be concerned about?

vvs2 is going to be eyeclean.
1: very contrasty to the point some wont like it in person.
2: fairly well cut but with a low crown height. Not a bad option but there may be better out there.

To my novice eye the F is livelier, more pleasing.
