He told me that he already knows how he is going to propose to me! And here I was thinking that I was going to have to be giving him reminders to start brainstorming ideas! I was shocked since he isn''t one to plan ahead EVER. I asked him if he had a specific date picked out yet but he assured me for the millionth time it will happen before the end of this year. SOOOO that only means 6 more months of torturous waiting at the very most. WOOHOO!
And on top of that we decided that we are going to buy our condo this year. We were going to wait til our lease was up in March, but we have our finances in line and the market is so awesome for buyers right now. If we find something and fall in love with it theres no reason for us not to buy now. Even though I know a proposal is coming I told him that if we do end up buying something this year that I would want a ring on my finger before we moved in. I feel it would put our famillies, friends, and others at ease if I could say I was buying a place with my fiance rather than my boyfriend. And he completely agrees. He doesn''t want the realtor looking at us as just "some kids" since we are only 22. I know it doesnt matter what others think, but I would feel more comfortable with it. In that case a proposal would be even sooner!
One other thing. I recently decided that i would love to have pink sapphires in my ring because I LOVE pink and thought it would make it a little more unique and a little more me. I brought it up with BF and he said that he had been trying to keep it a secret but he had looked at rings months ago and decided then that he was going to get something pink!! He must be the one for me if he knows what i want before I even figure it out!!
Sorry for the long, somewhat unimportant, no point kind of post! But I have these things on my mind all the time and I''m sure BF would enjoy talking about something else for once
