BGD diamond upgrade

I upgraded my 15-year-old engagement ring diamond from a 1.58 ct I SI2 Signature cut to a 2.02 ct I VS2 Signature cut with Brian Gavin. Instead of replacing the diamond in the original band with the 2.02 stone, they set a 1.59 ct D VS2 premium cut lab diamond in the band. I then had another band made exactly like the original band for the new diamond. I wanted the lab ring for when I travel. The project was seamless, including trading in my diamond, and finished quicker than I expected. I received excellent help with picking out both diamonds from Emily. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Thanks! The bracelet was also made by BGD. The stones in the bracelet are 15 pointers.

Thanks! BGD is now making a band that matches the engagement ring band that I can wear with a spacer between them. I never wanted a wedding band until recently. I’m also having the euro shank put on that so it doesn’t spin around. I ordered a .8mm platinum spacer from Etsy. Hopefully that works out.
