For those of you thinking of trying Bikram Yoga (especially you brides), you should give it a try! I was amazed! I have never sweat that much in my life and I am sore in the hard to get sore areas- tummy & fabulous back fat areas! My heart rate definitely was elevated and I got a really good 90 minute workout. It was really great! I can''t wait to try it again!

Appletini- you were right! I can totally see why people do this!I can''t wait to go on Wednesday!
 
I love Bikram too! I''m kind of fickle about exercise classes (I lose motivation easily) and I''ve tried everything from step to kick-boxing to pilates. I still run occasionally, but I love Bikram and other warm/hot yoga because I feel like I''m getting stronger, detoxifying, and relaxing and destressing my muscles all at the same time.

Bikram is my main form of exercise and I must say my body responds to Bikram more than any other exercise. The results are really quick and amazing. You end up looking great in all the right places.
