Looking for all of your expertise.

I am wanting to buy a white gold halo set blue oval sapphire as an anniversary present, ideal budget is below $3,000 but if necessary can go higher. Unfortunately it appears that there is more of a grey area in specifications for sapphires as there is for diamonds. The stone should not be too light or dark, I believe vivid medium is ultimately what I am looking for in saturation, but cut, clarity etc are all factors that no vendor really mentions. Eye clean is good enough, but apparently the blue color (referred to as tone?) can vary greatly depending on the stone's origin?

Judging by this graphic, Ceylon and Madagascar are not really what I'm looking for, but rather a Thailand Royal Blue, or a mix between Thailand and Kachanaburi.

Then I read up here and now am unsure as to the exact difference between Intense, Vivid, Deep and Medium, as they sound just about the same and I'm not making any progress with online stock items as colors in rendering and pictures often leave much to be desires. GIA or AGL seems to be a must.

I would greatly appreciate your feedback for the below items and of course any new suggestions:

BrilliantEarth states that

Stone itself is a lighter blue when selected indivdiually then in final rendering

The stone is described as premium blue and appears a shade darker, which I prefer over the previous option

Description just says medium dark blue, but nothing else.

Hoping to make a purchase by Wednesday mid day for timely delivery.

Thanks

I would try joe escobar

Stop worrying about origin, while it is true that people prize certain origins for producing particular colours, there is so much variation within each origin that in reality you get almost all colours in every origin. So if you find a thai stone in a colour you like chances are you'll find ceylon stones that look identical.

Also your timeline is tight, and budget is not especially forgiving -- sapphires tend to be pricey. I wouldnt rule anything out on the basis of origin.
