BM/MOH gifts question

I am getting my girls pearl pendants as a part of their gifts. I have narrowed down to 4 pendants for my 3 girls. My problem is that this: the one I plan to get for my MOH has a diamond in it; the one I think suits BM1 does not; and my first choice for BM 2 does. Do you think there would be jealousy or hurt feelings over the fact that 2 will have teeny tiny little diamonds in them and the other does not? I could go with my second choice for BM2 but it is much more plain. What do you all think?

If it were me, and this is only me, I would get the MOH the pearl with more bling and get the other BM's the more simple pearly necklace.

Of course, this is all assuming that the MOH is doing more since 'her job' is more involved than the BM's.

ETA: I actually like #2 better...but I'm more of a simple person. They are both pretty.

Thanks caribou- that''s what I was leaning toward, but my mom said she thought I''d be surprised and there wouldn''t be any hurt feelings by it. I really want to get something that suits each girl''s personality (and dare I say it, their level of involvement), but I don''t want anyone to feel bad.

My MOH is not doing as much as BM2 (she has become super BM), but she is my sister (and does have a 2 year old so I cannot fault her for not being as involved as my unmarried gal friends). And BM2 is definitely there for me and much more involved than BM1.

I got my bridesmaids pearl pendants, too! Mine look like the BM1 choice but with the pendant part being a complete "X" and the pearl hanging in between the bottom legs of the "X" if that makes any sense at all. I didn''t end up getting something special for a maid of honor, because I''m not really having one (my sister will be standing next to me, but my two best friends are actually planning a shower, etc. being more bridesmaid-y). I think my favorite out of the ones you posted would be the BM2 choice- it just looks timeless.
