Boots for reception??

So, we are having out wedding out at a ranch, with horse and carriage, an old barn where the dance is being held.. so my photographer thought I should get a pair of western boots to wear at the reception for some cute pictures.. I thought it was a cute idea, so I went out to find some this weekend, what do you think of these??? Or does anyone else have any other suggestions on some cute western style boots??? Oh, by the way, my colors are chocolate brown and orange (fall colors)

I like the boots you have picked out and think they will be perfect for what you want them for. I also looked around at the Shepler site and searched for orange... These Tony Lama boots came up and they are way too expensive but would match your colors perfectly...

Jena, I completely understand sticking with the brown. Much more wearable in the long run. I was just looking around...

I like the 3rd pair you listed the best. They seem to be more "formal". I also like the first pair you posted for a slightly more casual look.

Will you be wearing them much after the wedding? I would probably base my decision on what I would wear them with longer term...

What a cute idea! Hard decision to pick one pair tho! Do you have a Western store near you? I bought myself a pair of Ariat boots a couple years ago for Christmas and had to send them back-my instep is so high I could barely get them on. I don''t know if all Cowboy boots are like that or not, but it might be a good idea to try a few pairs on first if you can, just in case.

They look cute w/jeans too!
