Hello all. I thought I would share a recent find with you.
I am a person who gets bored very quickly with a workout regime. I need frequent change to keep motivated. I often see great looking tapes, equipment, etc. late at night on TV, but the "Three easy payments of $1,785.99" and 8-12 week shipping time tends to deter me.
Thus, I am stuck strapping on my trusty Ipod and slugging my way through yet another run.
I was looking in a movie store for tapes to try with the coming winter, and I think I found a keeper! It is called 10 Best Fitness. Now, please bear in mind that the routines are pretty low budget and some of them are clearly from the 80s, (the hair is AWESOME!
- I used that emoticon because one woman''s bangs actually resembles the question marks..) but there are 10 types of workouts. For example, there are two types of kick boxing, then there is yogacize, fat burning, step, pilates, etc. in one collection. Plus some of the catagories have more than one workout. The fat burning DVD has three different workouts. The workouts range from 30 minutes to an hour. What I like is that I can go an entire week without repeating. I think I counted that there are actually 19 different workouts in total (but I may be counting technique/coaching sessions for kickboxing.)
The best part of all is that I paid about $15 for it. Woohoo!
Just thought I would share!
