Hi all! I just couldn’t resist the Luvansh prices going on with the 25-30% discount, so I recently invested in a 3.86ct Square Cushion Brilliant Lab Diamond, Color G, VS 2 Clarity Grade set in their standard white gold solitaire setting.
My fiance and I have been engaged since 2019 - COVID got in the way of our wedding plans so August 22, 2025 is our new date. I'm turning the big “50” in 2 weeks so we thought why not. I am not considering it an upgrade to my E Ring. I'm calling it my 50th bday present and it arrived a day before Vday so perfect timing, long timing, but perfect timing. Haha.
I have to say I was worried because I have never bought or looked into Square Cushions, Emerald cuts, or Ovals. I have moissanite rings in the other cuts. I was worried it being a G color graded by IGI and a VS2 clarity but it wasn't my engagement ring so I did not want to go crazy. I was also worried also because it was a 4 prong setting and that it would not be stable enough for a 3.86ct but they did a great job and I am not worried about my square cushion lab falling out at all.
