Brian Gavin question.

Hi everyone. I’ve been wanting to set me ACA studs into a mil grain bezel setting and I really like the Brian Gavin setting. Do you guys know if BG will set outside stones? Also do any of you own studs in such setting and would kindly post real life pictures? I’m mainly concerned with how far do the earrings sit off the ear. If any of you can recommend a similar good quality setting from another vendor I’d be much obliged. Thank you in advance. This is the setting I’m talking about

He does set outside stones, but at his discretion and I don’t know if he would set a competitor’s diamond. (BG and whiteflash are both in Houston).

He set aquamarines for me and reset my blue nile studs, but he was making custom jackets for me and the martini settings didn’t fit so I asked if he would reset into a basket and he did.

Thank you for your response. I reached out to them but they quoted me $280 to set my ACAs into those settings. That is insanity. That’s insanity. That’s like more than 1/2 the setting. The total cost came out to way too much to be worth it. I reached out to WF and they can make similar settings and are not charging me a penny to set them. Much much more reasonable. I’m going that route

I wish but no.I’ve spent way too much money on bling lately. Midlife crisis much lol. I’m just changing the setting bc now that I have my bigger studs I feel like I don’t wear them anymore. i have 3 pairs of “ plain” studs and have always wanted a milgrain bezel setting earring. They will be perfect for work And I want something different. After this project I’m in self imposed no new jewelry jail.
