My dress came in the first week of May. When I went in to try it on, I noticed that a small string of beading was loose. They said it would take a week or so but they could fix it, no problem. Well its now almost mid June and, no call that my dress is ready!
I called yesterday to ask about it, and they had NO idea what I was talking about! Nothing about repairs was in the computer. So they put me on hold 10 times and I talked to 10 people, and they were like, "Can we call you back? We can''t find your dress."
OK, NEVER tell a bride you LOST her dress! OMG! I was picturing my dress on thec sample rack, torn and stained from being tried on 10 times, or sold to the hands of someone else.
Finally they called me back and said they had it and it was ready. I went to pick it up and it looks good. Yay, one good thing finally happening for me with this darn wedding!
