Hi all,

Can anyone give me some ideas for gifts for bridesmaids that are cute and not crazy expensive (less than $100 each)?
I have 8 bridesmaids so I don''t want to go overboard.

I also have 1 flowergirl who is 5 years old. What would a good gift be for her?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I''m getting my girls their jewelry (earrings, necklace and bracelet), a silver plated trinket box with their names engraved and I also got them shirts that say in rhinestones "bridesmaid" or "maid of honor." I think I spent about $60-$80 each.

For our flower girls we''re getting them disney princess ring pops that play a disney song, disney princess pez and bride barbie. Walmart had really cute bride barbie stuff. There were grooms, little flower girls, stamps and even a little mini wedding playset. Our flower girls are really into barbie right now. I think we might want to get them an engraved picture frame as well, but we''ll see.

My goal was to get them gifts that they''d enjoy and use again. I bought pearl studs for each bridesmaid. In addition, one of them got martini glasses and photo coasters with (removable) pictures of us in them. Another got margarita glasses and a bartending book. (Since she had to fly to the wedding, I had the glasses sent to her house, arriving the day before she left.) I preordered the last Harry Potter book for the last one. It came out to 50-60 per bridesmaid, and they all enjoyed them.

My bridesmaids are all relatively poor right now, so part of my gift was to chip in for their gown. I chipped in $37 dollars on their gowns and then I am making pearl jewelry. I think it will come to about $50 a piece.

We did $100 gift certificates to Tiffany''s for our bridesmaids.... I''ve been in weddings in the past (and so have they) where we''ve gotten matching jewelry or tote bags or that sort of thing, but I think my friends have hit an age (late 20s) where we have our own individual taste and prefer to choose our own accessories. So a gift certificate just seemed to be the most thoughtful/practical gift for us to give. And Tiffany''s has fun gold "gift coins", which made for a unique presentation... so overall, I got lots of positive feedback from my girls!

where did you get the shirts with rhinestones from? Are you talking about the tanks from theknot? Is there a less expensive place to get those from? I think the knot sells them for 20 per shirt

Mine ended up costing about $10 per shirt. I bought black v-neck short sleeve shirts from somewhere (can''t remember anymore) for $5 and then crystal iron on transfers for $5 each from ebay seller crystaldesignsus. The transfers worked great once I got an iron that worked! I''ve washed my shirt many times and it hasn''t lost any crystals.
