i think that it is time for me to be an adult and get myself a decent watch. up until now i have been the $12.99 at target watches kinda girl. they keep time ok, but i guess i want a better one

i have noticed that i love the bulova meastro diamond accent watch. the diamonds are very small, but gives it that little sparkle.

is bulova a good brand? does anyone know about the maestro?

I sold the Bulova brand for many years and they were good watches then. But I noticed a decline in quality about the late 1990s and early2000s,but In general I would say they are a good brand and I still wear the ones I own.

when I worked at Sears oh so long ago, I sold some, but not very many mainly because their prices were quite high and it was not very well known compared to the Seiko watches I would sell most of even the more expensive Seikos in the $400 ranges.

I have a Bulova watch, I have had it about 5 years, it is a two tone watch, mainly silver with gold accent in the band, the only issue I have had is that I am left handed and I wear my watch on my left arm and shortly after I got it I noticed that the gold had worn off where the watch layed on the desk while I was writing and the silver part is very scratched up...guess I would need to get a solid gold watch to not have that happen

The watch runs great though and it looks good on the top.

The micron gold layer is thin on Bulova and the plating wears off from daily wear.I agree with D&T in that i would choose Seiko over Bulova.

I''ve been wearing a bulova for 2.5 years daily and haven''t had any issues with it. Mine is solid stainless, no accents. The bottom side is a bit scratched, but that''ll happen with any watch.
