Cake design mtg. with pics!

We had our cake "design" meeting and it could not have gone better. You know how in the Sex and the City Movie Carrie says her dress "upped the ante" for the wedding, well our cake topper upped the ante for our cake! We used toppers with glitz to create a crystal and pearl M designed perfectly to match our M monogram we are incorporating into a lot of the wedding an it is just so glamorous and has such a wow factor we figured the cake below it better too! We wanted it to have crystals, be very tall, and have lots of fondant. And, the best part it that it is going to taste great! One will be Chocolate-Orange Cake
"These two flavors complement each other deliciously. Dark chocolate cake, drizzled with a Grand Marnier syrup, layered with an orange-dark chocolate mousse, enriched with candied orange bits." and the other will be White Wedding Cake "A white chocolate butter cake filled with vanilla bean crème fraiche pastry cream and white chocolate mousse. A traditional white wedding cake made far more interesting." Here is the sketch...
