Cake topper question

Has anyone ever used one of those photo cake toppers? There''s two I''m seeing at overstock.com now. One is a four sided cube shaped vase that you can put photos in. The other is a heart shaped topper that holds two photos. Has anyone used either of these or something similar? If so, how did it work and did you like it? For reference, our cake is going to be a three tiered square cake with ivory icing and a navy and champagne colored ribbon around the bottom of each layer (the navy ribbon is thicker and will go on first and the champagne ribbon is thinner and will go in the middle of the navy ribbon).
