I was wondering if you decided on the wrist corsage or not? It was such a good idea, i've now decided to do that as well. I have alread made up a dried flower bouquet (which looks beautiful!!) but I REALLY don't want to hold the thing all day. And I think corsages are so cute! So i'm going to go that route. Let me know what you decided (if you've decided)!

Hi happily!! I haven''t decided on the corsage yet, I think I''ll decide closer to the wedding (next August). I totally agree about holding the bouquet all day, plus I want to be able to keep with with me all the time, not have to put it down every time I need to do something!!!

What kind of attachment are you thinking about to put around your wrist? Also, when is your wedding?

Thanks for responding karasue! For some reason this message has errored out twice now, but i''m going to keep trying. My wedding is in 18 days!! but very low key - only 26 people including fi and i. I will probably end up with the standard elastic band with a ribbon covering it, but I really love this bracelet look - just wondering about comfort. You know they also have floral bracelets now where the flowers go all the way around the wrist! VERY pretty but a little impractical, since i''d think the inside flowers would get damaged.

Here''s a pic of one of those floral bracelets. If only flowers were more durable! But I must say I think I prefer the traditional wrist corsage better, with the pile of flowers on top.

I agree, I like the reglular corsage better. I can''t wait to see your pictures!! Is the first picture similar to what you want?

I think so, but not with the dark green - I want to keep the colours pale so i''d need a lighter substitute. I''d like to throw some wax flowers in there too, as I think they are so pretty. It''s too bad that corsage was made in Austrailia (i think), hopefully someone can duplicate it here! What flowers/colours are you going with?

I think I''ll have white with some light pink thrown in. Our colors are black, cream, and varying shades of pink. If I do the wrist corsage it will probably be just one big fluffy white flower. But now that happy in love posted that big floral and feather piece comb, I might do something like that and just carry a regular bouquet. I don''t know!!! If I put the big flower/feather thing in my hair, I think a wrist corsage might be too much? I love the idea of the corsage, but I think that flower would go great in my hair with my dress!!

I agree with you on taking out the leaves in that first one you posted, and I think the wax flowers would be beautiful. Have you spoken to a florist about it yet?
