I last emailed him on 9/1/10. This was his reply " Please be patient, it has been mailed priority mail yesterday. It is a beautifull gem."cellentani said:Ugh - that's really disappointing! Have you emailed him?

I was going to wait until tomorrow to contact him. It's sad to say I don't to be scolded again. Priority mail in the US is usually 2-3 days. There was the holiday in there though.

Ya, I paid for mine Aug 11
I wonder what will happen if I email him every day for awhile![]()
Hey maybe we will go to the mailbox in a day or two and see a little
package with a whole lotta stones that we didn't order or pay for, like some of
the ladies on here!
Wouldn't that be cool?
If so, he'd be waiting hella long time for his payment, just sayin'
Chrono said:Shiney,
Did Bob ever reply to you about what happened to the stone? Did he give you any tracking information or is the stone “lost” in transit like Cemrn’s?
arjunajane said:It would seem from numerous recent experiences that consistency and customer service of any acceptable standard are not a priority of Bob's. If it is something genuine (as far as illness), he should still have a friend or relative email the waiting clients to notify. However as mentioned it appears he is still doing business, which would lead me personally to not wish to purchase from him - shame, as he has likely made a decent crust off the reputation he had growing here.![]()
I hope those waiting receive an explanation or their money back asap - my advice would be to lodge a claim and go elsewhere, a month is much too long.
eta: cemrn, I believe the timeframe is 30 days, someone please correct me if that's not right.
