Came across these diamond hoop natural earrings 4ct H-I color I1 clarity original price was $2,499 at tj maxx but they had them marked down to $1,400 to get rid of inventory. They are a little smaller than 1.5inch in diameter.

Are the stones clear and sparkly? The price is excellent but only if the stones are pretty and its what you want. They do look nice on you!

Those look cute on you. I would go for it as long as the stones sparkle and don't look cloudy or gray.

I would pass on minimum I1 clarity.

This is a I clarity ring from the mall next to a VVS - VS ring from Costco.

But if it's what you want, ask the manager if they can apply an additional discount since it's on clearance. Some managers will do it to hit their sales targets or to move inventory.

That’s a lovely ring from costco!
I see what you mean about the difference in clarity.

These earrings are sparkly and appear clear to my untrained eyes. I’m taking it to a jeweler to help assess.

If they are clear and not cloudy, it's a competitive price for earrings of that size and specs. Ross Simons carries a lot of items similar and here is a pair from them that is $2395. At the clearance price, it seems like it's a lot less than similar items online. But, it's only a good deal if you like them, the stones are nice and not cloudy/milky.

If you want that size in diameter, you could also check with ID Jewelry. They have a lot of hoops and they will be nice quality stones that have a lot of life, but way more reasonable than other vendors. You may end up with smaller carat weight, but sparklier stones.
