Can anyone use this tiny bit of chain?

I was cleaning out my purse and one of the things I found in it was this tiny bit of chain. Pretty sure it’s 14k and from when I had my local jeweler set my original diamond as a pendant.

It’s very short, maybe an inch at best. But if someone wants it, it’s free. I can send it out for free as well in a regular envelope without tracking or other frills.

There may have been this chain remnant, an empty gem jar, feminine hygiene products, a phone charger, hair ties, a swatch of leather, some paperwork to verify authenticity, a roll of tape, a pencil case, turtle with the hand sanitizer, gum, snacks, some makeup, wallet, keys, AirPods, and too many receipts I still need to sort.

But I currently only have my pencil case, wallet, turtle with the hand sanitizer, gum, keys, and AirPods.
