I'd rather have a smaller and well-cut stone than a larger, less well-cut one. But something has to give - color, clarity, cost of the setting - or you have to increase your budget.

Is the chart suppose to compare to actual size? My .42 matches the size of a .75 and my diamond is VERY well cut!
