Hello,

I am trying to decide between a cushion and a princess center stone. If you have these stones, can you please post them... I''m having a hard time finding any finished rings online with these stones to look at. I really appreciate it.

Ok ladies..I did a little searching and came up with some eye candy for you...This first stone is an 1870 victorian ring with a 2.52 carat cushion cut diamond..

At the bottom of THIS page there is one to die for!

The old one above comes from HERE and there are more where it comes from.

And the piece below contains what I would call the mother lode of them all: all cushion diamonds that is. I love that cut even though you might find that ring a bit too futuristic for the purpose.

By the way: would anyone call the regent cut a "cushion" around here? The original Regent surely was one...

I would definately consider the Regent (both the original and the new cut) as 'cushions'...here is a pic of mine

I love the cushion cut look and I looooove the Regent, if I hadn't fallen in love with a Ritani I would have held out for a regent.

All brands motovate knock-offs... so does Ritani. I don't have the picture of the relevant example, however, one of the nicer things I crossed in Berlin was a ring made after Ritani's "Endless Love" solitaire but without the pave and with a cushion instead or round. A KILLLLER!

As if you didn't know, Icestore has a couple of cushion rings on display. As you can see, this is a rare choice (and cut) and not too many PS posters have gone for a cushion lately, here is the land of the H&A

So I like the more squarish cushions...myself...so for the H&A fans Regents are the only square modified stone with H and A...

Val, are you talking about the three stone endless love? I did see it with stones that weren't round but they were too square for me so I went with the round. I'm not really a fan of the endless love solitaire and I looked for a knock off or something similar but found nothing as delicate and low as Ritani's version but I think we got a good deal [in terms of buying a branded name] so I don't feel so bad.

I also wanted to add that I love the style of the 11.89 carat ring Josh posted. It reminds me of the Asscher that brought me here. OMG, I just remembered that's when I discovered Pricescope.
