From the recent threads, it is apparent that Brian and Lesley are awesome when it comes to their customer service and of course they dish out quality pieces.
Lesley really doesn't sleep and is SUPER responsive and thoughtful. Brian has very high standard on his work. He wasn't happy with the setting and had the jeweler redo the whole setting again and hence the delay. As a customer, I am ok with the delay as it just means that they have some great QC over there and I am assured that the end result is phenomenon!
