Capucelli tennis necklace

It was an impulse purchase; a tennis necklace from Capucelli https://www.capucelli.com/collectio...lid-gold-dainty-tennis-necklace-gold-necklace. Although it was supposed to be ready to ship, it took more than a month plus to reach me. Disappointedly, the stones do not seem to sparkle as much as my china bench jewellery melee, so I decided to loupe it. Although the website stated

The quality of Diamonds we use in this Capucelli Fine piece is :
- G / H Color
- VS / SI2 Clarity
- Very Good in CUT

Most stones look nearly opaque and pretty included to me. Maybe like I1 or I2 to me? Is the quality of the tennis necklace supposed to be like this?

I reached out to Capucelli whats app and email the moment the item reached for an immediate return, but there was no response even after 2 working days.

doesn’t look very sparkly at all. I mean you can have SI and still be sparkly. The prong work looks sub par too, messy.
don’t know what price point the necklace.
this is my Deejays one, modest price point, they said eye clean and they all were.

Ugh, I am sorry. That is not acceptable. Definitely looks like I2 to me and it is very cloudy. It's not pretty. Send it back and we can help you find a much better tennis necklace. A lively beautiful one with sparkly diamonds.

Those diamonds look like the ones in the $809 Ross Simons ones I bought as a test. Like Bron, I bought from Deejays and was happy with their quality. Sparkly and not milky at all. I had to use my loupe to find any white inclusions and they were kind of hard to find.

I’m also a member of the other forum, where a member bought a capucelli tennis necklace. She sent it straight to her GIA graduate appraiser who told her to send the necklace back as it was not as described. Again milky poor clarity stones. I think she was able to get her refund ok

These aren't SI1 quality stones, period (at least not by GIA/AGS standards)

I see you ordered a 2.50ct Tennis necklace in 1.30mm assuming it from the message you sent. Our 1 pointers diamonds are usually not cloudy and due to the size of the diamonds an SI1/SI2 can make the stone look like that. We do apologize if we didn't reach your expectation and hope you will have an easy return for refund process with us.

I just checked their website. It seems they only ship to : Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan and the US. Singapore is listed in the countries excluded.

It couldn’t hurt to check with them though.

It lists the countries they ship to, and the countries they don’t.

I also recently bought from Capucelli and I got the half diamond necklace. It is supposedly VS 7CTW diamonds. However, the gold is too fragile and feels hollow, and I'm already having issues with the clasp. The diamonds are also not as sparkly so I doubt the color grading is accurate... I'm just really disappointed with the overall quality and I was hoping I'd get what I paid for. I'm currently thinking of returning the necklace. :/

Pictures? We would like to see what you're talking about. "Sparkly" has more to do with the cut of the stones than the color but
I get your point. If you have any pictures we would like to see.
