Carlos santana shoes :)

So I had a pair of white patent leather sandals that I was going to wear for the wedding, had them broken in and everything. But I was at the mall today and saw these on clearance for $30 and HAD to buy them! The fiance and I both love Carlos Santana, and the shoes match my clutch! And they are just so pretty, it's a rich garnet red with a slightly metallic luster, and the heels are a shiny gun metal grey.

If I can break them in quickly, then I'm totally wearing these for my wedding next Saturday! My wedding colors are white and red with cream accents.

So I''m actually not a "shoe person". For 340 days of the year, I wear the same pair of comfy sneakers, I wear heavy duty boots if there''s a lot of snow, and maybe 7 days out of the whole year I wear heels for whatever event.

The main reason is I love my comfy shoes and because it''s really really hard for me to find cute shoes in a size 5! So I''m excited that I found these!

Hehe, they look high, but there''s a bit of a platform, so it''s not TOO bad, I''ve been in worse (back in the early days when I just bought any heels that were in the right style and fit). I think with some strategic Dr. Scholl''s placement (after pics of artsy shoe pics of course) I should be pretty comfy walking down the aisle and doing some pictures!

Thank you for the offer! I might take you up on that when I figure out what I'm actually doing with my hair...I just kind of realized that I'm not going to be able to do it myself and that I have to find someone to do it on a Sunday morning on short notice. Eek.

I can't wait to see your wedding pics, and to hear about your honeymoon -- I forgot to ask more about it at the GTG, but FI wants to take a trip to Iceland and/or Greenland at some point, so I'd love to hear what you think of your trip once you get home!

that''s exactly what i''m doing, i wear runners almost year round, but i wanted heels for my wedding, so i bought a pair of chunky flip flops in case the heels get uncomfee
