Sold Cartier Lanieres Diamond Rose Gold Eternity

I absolutely love this ring and the 18k rose gold color, but it no longer comfortably fits my finger.

Size is 48, which according to Cartier chart is 4.5. I bought a few years ago from TheRealReal- ctw .50, F, VVS2, and 4.8 g. Worn condition, the gold has scratches.

Do you think this can be sized?

You know I'm not sure. In theory- another "box" shape could be added next to the Cartier logo or take out the square next to the Cartier w/o the diamond, but I have no idea if Cartier would do that.

Can the scratches be polished off?

I would assume so like any other gold piece. I have not personally done that since I've owned it.
