The factors that affect the value of jadeite are many and complex.
Main factors are colour (s) and translucency. The more vivid, the more translucent the more expensive.
The treatments applied to jadeite can be subtle even sneaky.
As someone who has spend some time trying to understand jadeite I can tell you it’s not easy.
Buy what you love the look of and without solid certification assume it’s grade B or if very pretty, grade C and keep your outlay to low hundreds of dollars.
No one, repeat no one sells fine quality jade for cheap. No one.
Regarding the jade quality, you'd want to determine what the grade of it is you're willing to accept and move forward from there, looking for something within your price point and style parameters. B grade should have a cost less than A, and B&C significantly less than B. Do you have an idea what you're looking for? Are these a compromise on what you wanted at all? What are the specs the seller is giving you? Not much can be told through pictures alone, are they having lab testing done (is that important to you)?
Grading is not related to quality, but to treatment level (A is polished & waxed, B is bleached & impregnated for adding clarity, B & C is bleached & dyed impregnated for color + clarity enhancement). You can find poor quality A jade for a relatively low price. As with anything, if it seems too good to be true- it probably is. Lots of B and B&C jade is sold as A, sometimes with falsified certificates. Some jade similars (quartz, serpentine, bowenite, etc) are also sold as jadeite. There are also deceptive practices such as color polishing which is technically A because no bleaching & impregnation has taken place, but which many people who want A grade jadeite are not happy with.
The rings you posted look like they are antiques, which adds a whole other level of evaluation. There are lots of modern reproductions of antiques, sold under the guise of being antiques on eBay, and there's a really steep learning curve on them.
I have a pretty decent jade collection, and ended up with a couple pieces that were heavily treated, and two that were not jadeite (one serpentine, one feldspar). It was a few years ago, so international returns were easy. But, the way things are now, I kind of feel like I'd beore cautious about buying from a reputable vendor with a good guarantee and return policy- or just accept I might be throwing money away. I've also learned to have more of a goal and idea of what I want when I'm looking for a piece vs doing an open-ended jade search as I did when I first started collecting.
Thank you! Do you have any tips on where to buy from?Great advice given here
I think decent commercial quality A jadeite is do-able and plenty, actually, if you get non brick and mortar. Ultimately, jadeite is personal, so you have to decide what is it you are after, including colour, translucency, grain, size and budget.
Sorry but the 3 photos above are on the dry side and the carvings don't really mean anything nor are they well executed. Not meaning to diss the selection, just giving a frank opinion. I hope you find something you love!

I can also confirm that I have also bought from this seller.
A grade jade and reliable with postage etc. She also speaks excellent English and will send additional photos. Not the lowest prices but it is quite a complicated process to get lower prices so I would run with this.
Do post pictures if you buy anything! I LOVE carved jade rings!
Here are some of mine (NOT from this seller though):
