Charming vintage 14k YG diamond ring 3-10-41

So I was just looking through my collection looking for something specific. I came across a few more rings to list. If I've forgotten I had them - its time to let someone else enjoy them. THIS little one is special. I was louping it to read the inscription. The initials look to be ELN to LKA 3-10-41. Today is 3-10! Today is definitely the day to put this one back out there

The ring is a size 4. The center diamond look to be about 2mm There is one diamond on each side but I can't measure them with my calipers. Also on each side is a beautiful flower detail.
