So recently I discovered how fabulously well Citizens of Humanity fit me. it's unbelieveable. And I'm not one to go out and spend more than $50 on clothes or accessories unless it's a dress or suit. (Granted, if I wasn't a full time student and actually had a real income, that would be different!) So I got one pair at a local discount store...and I will wear them for the next ten years, no doubt. But they only had one style so I've been stalking ebay to save money...someone on here MUST know another place to get them cheaper than $150! Thanks girls!

I ran into some websites that sell them, while I was searching for my cheaper Coach purse that I so despartely want!

But, unfortunately, all the jeans that I saw were $145 and up

So, your $70 sounds like you got a great deal!

why is everything so darn expensive????

eBay! The way I do it is fine styles and sizes I like and you can typically get the style name and # off the tag in the jeans (I love AG jeans so I get most of mine on eBay or at Nordstrom sales!) and you can get $150 jeans for ~$75 or so...definitely much better than paying retail.
Oh the other way I get them is to watch the sales, aka shopbop.com and revolveclothing.com sell AG so I just check them out every other week or so and have gotten jeans for $30, $50, etc. Another way is to type in Citizens of Humanity sale or discount into Google and see which stores are having their sales etc. Sometimes you just get lucky.

I have about 7-8 pairs of AG and only paid retail for 2 I think.

Oh the other tip is that if you found a pair you love, BUY TWO if they are on sale. I have been searching for this one pair of AG Legend in this wash that I just LOVE, I have worn holes into these jeans, Greg keeps getting on me to get rid of them but I'm trying to figure out if I can patch them up and still wear them, I just love them. Even though I have bought other Legend styles, the wash seems hard to find etc so I am so bummed about not having them soon...I wish I'd bought 2-3 pairs at the time, if only I knew!! If you love them that much they will wear out in a year or two (if you wear them as much as I did mine!), so get another pair just in case now!

And you can also try department store outlets like Nordstrom Rack, Neiman''s Last Call and Saks Off 5th. I''ve seen a lot of designer denim there, although it''s a bit a of waiting game to get the size, style and wash you want.

Also, one of my favorite websites shopepic.com has a 30% off code now so that can get a $150 pair under $100.
