I came across this AMAZING artist/singer at a Coffee House performance in Santa Monica and wanted to share this discovery with the folks here at PS. Her name is Corrinne May and you can actually listen to her ENTIRE album as streaming audio on her website. Go to

www.corrinnemay.com

Click on the appropriate connection speed to enter her site. On the next screen, click on the grey box on the upper right hand corner to activate the streaming audio player. There will be 12 little grey buttons that appear that correspond to the tracks on her album. I don''t usually plug things like this and I know it''s not diamond related but I really think you guys will like it. Let me know what you think!

derek, wont ur better half get jealous

she's really fantastic! her songs are just her voice and some simple background music (dont know the technical term for this??). she kinda reminds me of Sarah McLachlan

Ok, I'm giving away my age again, but she definitely shows Judy Collins/Joan Baez influences with a little Suzanne Vega and Mary Chapin Carpenter thrown in. My better half is asking from the other room if that's the new Sarah McLachlan disc. Right on, Tomatoe. Very sultry voice, but with strength.
