Newbie here so first, want to express thanks to this board and all its posters for so much priceless information. A special thanks to Flygal if she reading for her account of sourcing two J diamonds for studs. I am about to do the same, following in her footsteps.
My question: has anyone seen, or used, Chrysmela backs? I came upon them on Amazon. They originated in Japan where they have sold well for a while, and are now just starting to be marketed here. They use a spring clasp but unlike the flat LaPoussette disks, these are little cylinders, about 4.8 mm in diameter. They are only $50 per pair. They are made of surgical steel, plated to white, yellow and rose.
