So we found out a little while ago that my partner got accepted to med school. Which means a lot of tuition fees coming our way fast.

In the interest of taking out as few loans as possible, I’m going to be listing pretty much everything I currently have that doesn’t have heavy sentimental value.

It’s already dark here so I’ll try to start listing things on LT tomorrow. Mostly posting this here now to keep myself accountable cause I’ve been saying I was going to list things since we found out and still haven’t out of laziness.

And don’t worry, he promises he will help me restock my collection as soon as he can. I actually don’t mind at all, as much as I love bling, I love him more and am so excited for him. He’s going to be a great doc (imho).

If there’s any specific piece you’re interest in let me know and I’ll try to list it sooner rather than later as I’m slow at this.

Sure! I love this bangle and will be a little sad to see it go. It’s 14k white gold with two approx .6ct G/H ACA from white flash. I have certificates from whiteflash for both. Will have to look up comps to figure out a price though. But probably 20-25% off whatever the WF comps are. Not factoring in the cost of the setting cause I don’t remember and in case someone wants to dismantle it for sides or earrings. ‍

Did a quick look on WF. Comp diamonds (.61 ct g and h) would be about 5k which doesn’t factor in the setting. So would list at 20% off at 4K obo.

It’s actually moissanite in platinum. I wanted to try out french cuts before committing the cost of a diamond one. And I’m glad I did. This band totally scratched my itch for a fraction of the cost. It’s a size 5.75 with 22 2mm french cuts g/h color. Will list for 625$ obo

Haha no it’s a 8mm cz in a 10k setting I got to see if I liked that size and shape. Will list for 125$ obo for anyone who wants a nice travel ring or cheap setting for another 8mm asscher.

Ah yes. The 5 stone is probably the crown of the collection. It a .9ct F triple x Gia round, and .5 and .25 side stones, all Lazare Kaplan branded. They were the ideal cut diamonds of old lol. You can google it for a bit of diamond history. It’s a size 5 and is blinding wall of bling. And the trellis setting is 14k and perfect. I’ll be listing for 20% off diamond comps and the setting will be basically free.

I won’t be upset if this doesn’t sell.

oh wow! I've not seen moissanite frenchies before! Sadly this one is too big for me so I will need to continue my search, although a great deal for someone with the right finger size! Wishing your partner all the best with medical school - a fantastic achievement!

Knowing what people are interested in helps me determine what to try to list first lol. You can email me if you want dibs but I’ll try to be fair and post prices here too as people send private requests.

The bezel sapphire round and tsav are from Barry who is a beloved CS cutter who sadly isn’t as active anymore. He cuts the best supernova ovals and rounds in my opinion.

I’m doing my pricing at 20% off comps so I’ll try to look. But if you find comps you’d like to submit I’m open to them!
