Can anyone recommend an on-line store that does consignment? I''ve got a 1ct OVAL, without an AGS/GIA/EGL cert, that I''m trying to explore options. Not in a big hurry to get rid of it. What''s a typical fee for consigment (on-line or a local B&M)? 10%, 15%? Or do some places negotiate a set price, and anything above that would be their profit? Thanks in advance.
