corny or good?

So on our wedding website, under all the usual information (time, place, formality, hotel info, travel info), at the very bottom I put a "registry" heading and under it:

While your presence is more than enough of a gift, we are registered with Macy''s and with Amazon.



--The words Macy and Amazon link to our registries there. Does that work for people? I''m pretty firmly in the "registry is good" camp both as a guest and now as a bride, but I know it can be touchy wording it (I''m not mentioning it in our invites, for example).

I don''t think it''s bad to have the registry info on the web page. I''m planning on putting it there too for those who have Internet access.
