Does anyone have a good juicy crab leg dipping sauce recipe? Like a combination of all dipping sauces at a crab boil restaurant? Many thanks

OMG, people actually eat crab legs?
They must be microscopic ... and ... EWWWW.

I get crabs all the time so I have to get one of those fine combs from the chemist and nit poison shampoo.
But those crabs are sooooo dang tiny!

You can hardly see them, so their legs ... OMG ... it must take a thousand legs just to get one bite.

But hey, people vary, ya know.

Are they yummy, and don't those legs get stuck between your teeth?

Kenny, you don't know what you're missing! I can't believe how big this king crab is. It's almost the stuff of nightmares.

Crab legs cost a fortune, even more than lobsters!

My family and their Chinese friends prefer lobsters to crab legs.

I had a hankering for snow crab legs a few months ago and while shopping in Sam's Club, I picked up a package in the refrigerated section...and promptly put it down after looking at the price. It was $ 62.00 for two king crab legs. Sigh. I still have that hankering.

I just squeeze lemon on them while eating them, nothing else. But I have dipped them in melted butter in the past. I think they are so delicious that they don't need much extra. :)

A seafood boil type restaurant has opened in London in March 2023, and I am planning to go there for a meal when I am up in London to see the Nutcracker at the Royal Opera House which is on my Bucket List.

I would need to make up my own boil as I cannot manage their smallest mixed bag for 1-2 people as it looks massive!

Below are the current prices for 1/2 kg / 1.1lb posted on their FB page shortly after their grand opening, all prices in GBP:
King Crab - 65
Snow Crab - 37
Brown Crab - 28
Naked shrimps - 22 (13 for 1/4 kg / 0.55lb)
Lobster - 56 (each)
Lobster tail - 18 (each, approximately 1/4kg / 0.55lb)

I am thinking of some king crab, a lobster tail and some shrimps, plus a corn on the cob, and some crispy tofu. That should do it.

Seafood is very expensive in UK wherever I go.

DK :))
