I am really interested in hearing about experiences with the CrossFit training methodology. I currently personal train 1-2 days per week, spin 3 days per week and 1 extra day of power walking for Cardio. I am NOT looking for weight loss, purely strength and endurance building plus muscle tone. I would love to hear if anyone on here is a Crossfitter (sp?)....I think the program sounds really intriguing and exciting. I am looking for something new to add in with my spinning and cardio, possibly do away with personal training?
