Hi, I am thinking about getting a engagement diamond with these stats:

Carat weight: 1.28
Measurements:7.04x7.09x4.25
Table: 55
Depth: 60.2%
Crown angle: 33
Pavilion angle: 40.8

HCA score: 0.5

Idealscope image looks good.

My questions are is it too shallow and is the crown angle too small, and is it only good for a pendant?

Thanks in advance.

Post the idealscope image, please.

That has really great light return. You can see that it's almost all a uniform white. There are some symmetry issues, but they aren't too glaring and probably won't be noticeable. You should be able to do whatever you want with it

The relative low CA is somewhat complimented by the relatively small TB. Overall, the crown should not be overly flat and the crown height % should also be decent. I guess 13.5%??

Thanks for your responses. I think the crown% is 14.5%. Is it good?

If you can focus closer than 12 inches 30cm the diamond will look dark in a ring.
The short lower girdles will add fire but make it a little dark if worn in a pendant or earrings.

I forgot to attach the HCA score. Really appreciate all responses.Screenshot_20210909-121816.jpg

13.5% (low end) is acceptable for me. 14.5% is even better.
