custom setting in Chicago?

I''m looking for recommendations for someone who can do a custom setting (engagement ring) for me in the Chicagoland area. Probably white gold, maybe platinum? I''m just starting out with the whole process, so I am open to both positive and negative recommendations (who to stay away from). Also, if anyone has had good experiences online (I''ve read a few posts from those who have), I''m open to those as well.
