Okay, it was suggested that I post it here before sending to Grace, so here it is.

To try to explain this, did you watch Big Little Lies? This ring is a Celeste ring. I am a Renata. I am the least romantic person on the planet, or at least in this household. It was made for me as a gift and while I do appreciate the thought and sentiment, it is not me and I won't wear it.
It literally is brand new. I took it out of the box once and put it back.

We have $7400 in this ring. I will take $6500 for a fast sale if someone wants it. I can throw the money into the market and make the loss back. I know that things like this are very personal to people and am skeptical that it will sell here but what does it hurt to try. If there are any guys reading this though looking for an ER, this is a good deal on a top notch new ring.
I would also consider (under very limited circumstances) a trade for one of 2 things: an eternity ring in white gold or platinum (Whiteflash ACA or Brian Gavin) or a set of studs of approximate value (again ACA or Gavin or HPD).
