My fiance and I recently purchased our engagement rings from orleans gems. This company is supposed to have superior czs and the stones appear to be colorless. Are you familiar with this company and what is your opinion of them? Keep in mind we already have the rings so if your response isnt positive please be gentle. Thank you.

Well, no matter what the quality of the CZ’s, I think the good news is that I just saved a bunch of money on car insurance. Sorry . . . I couldn’t resist . . . I’m just trying to ease the tension. Seriously though, sounds like you have found settings that you really admire, and at any given point in time, you can either change out the CZ’s to diamonds, or just change out the current CZ’s if you do find out the quality isn’t up to par. One of the resident know-it-all’s here at PS has a sideline CZ business – “Wink” (that’s what he goes by . . . I’m not trying to give you a cryptic signal or anything . . .). His CZ website is http://www.freecz.com/. I found it very informative and might have some answers for you.

Since you've bought, all that matters is how they look to you!

Even if they don't meet your expectations, the cost of your education is cheap compared to a bad diamond buy.

If you are shopping again, go with the link in Carmen's post. I bought some CZ from Wink and thought the pricing was fair, plus I trust him as a PS vendor.

Don't pay a premium for a CZ.

Any CZ.
