Today was okay, I almost slept through my alarm becuase I was so whipped last night when I finally went to bed around 2am.

No I dont know what possed me to do that either. I did 30 on the bike, 10 on the stair master and the an hour of arms and abs yea!

Today is my BF''s birthday and I wish I was with him so we could celebrate but it is prolly better that I am not...yummy high fat foods. Oh well! I hope everyone else is having a great day!

Happy Birthday to your bf Matadora! It''s hard to be away from them on their special days. My bf had to go to Chicago on business on his bday in January. I felt so awful for him that I almost flew out there... the flights were so extremely expensive though (not that he''s not worth it, but I wanted his present to be really special).

I saw my trainer this morning and we mixed it up a little. No weight machines, just free weights. We also did this new ab exercise involving the swiss ball. It was so hard I could only do half of my usual set... I''m thinking of possibly doing some cardio tonight since we didn''t really do that much in our session today. I think I''m becoming a little too obsessed... and impatient. It''s been two months since I''ve been on this diet, two weeks since I''ve been doing ''serious'' workouts and for some reason, I expect to have lost 10 pounds already. I was seriously pissed this weekend when my ''skinny'' pants didn''t fit. Ugh!!!! Motivation anyone!

Agree with Amm that it is hard to be away from them on their b-day. My FI and i have NEVER spent his b-day together... its Christmas Eve and we always go home to our sep families. This Christmas will be the first time we are together! I always send him balloons and lots of candy/junk food through a local florist shop.


Didnt make it to the gym last night... we talked with the pastor who is going to perform our ceremony. Going after work though and try and make it up.


Amm - I have on a pair of pants today that the last time i wore them were MUCH looser! I am wondering if lifting is bulking up the muscle before i can loose the fat? But i know exactly how you feel... it is frustrating. Another thing could be what time of the month it is. Free weights will challange your muscles more since there is nothing there to help like on the machine. Are you just comparing your weight? You might want to measure inches, esp if you are lifting a lot. Muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less room. DONT GET DISCOURAGED!!! YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!!
