Hey ladies! How''s it going???

I didn''t see a thread for workouts yesterday, but I did exercise a little yesterday. My calves were still sorta hurting, so I did light exercises. I did 100 jumping jacks and stretching to warm up. Then I did 1.6 miles on the elliptical (13 mins), then took a 2 minute water break, then did anther 1.1 miles on the elliptical again (10 mins).

Today, I''m planning to do the 3 mile walk, 1.5 mile uphill, 1.5 mile downhill with my friend again. We''re going to the same place with the killer stairs and plan to do a few rounds of that, maybe 3 rounds this time, since we did 2 last week. This time I''m going to count the number of stairs.

That''s my report so far. How are all of you doing?
 
Great job Milly!

I had my trainer this morning. Had a good workout with her. We focused more on stretching today and helping me to relax. So sad that I have to actually concentrate hard in order to relax! She wants me to get to the gym at least 15 minutes before she gets there to get some extra cardio in. It''s so painful to be there before 7 AM though!

I''m going out to dinner tonight but to a Spanish place so there will be lots of little plates... can''t really pig out that way. I''ll try to control the drinking... but that''s always the difficult part for me.

Great job, Milly!!!! Keep it up girl! and I''m so glad to hear that your training is going well, Amandapanda! I hope in the near future to work one into my budget, cause it is so hard to get me to exercise- morning, noon or night

I''ve only lost another 1 1/2 since I last checked in (down 11 1/2 total) but now I''m working in Manhattan again and will be busy for the next month painting the inside of the house we''re going to rent, so maybe the pounds will just fly off. HA!!!!

as for a little ring update, my stone is safely in the hands of Michael Devlin Jewelers (whew- that was nerve wracking, mailing it to California) he''ll be starting on the wax this week and sometime by October it will be in my BF''s hands....of course by then I''ll be wishing I had lost 50 lbs for pictures and will have no one to blame but myself! Another photo op wasted

. That is my blonde showing. I went 5.5 today in the noonday sun and as soon as dusk falls I will go again. I have decided that if I cannot control myself in terms of food I need to do at least 11 miles a day. I dont want to be fat anymore.
