I''m sort of on a lag because I tend to work out after work in the evenings. Yesterday was a suprisingly good day for fitness. normally, mondays are a drag because i tend to rest over the weekends. We went away for the weekend and I indulged in some "bad" food (read: two cheeseburgers in three days
and the funny thing is i don''t really even love cheeseburgers, just an odd craving) but my lapse in diet didn''t cause too much trouble on the scale and i ran 3.5 miles and it wasn''t too bad. for me good music takes me far.
today i''m skipping the gym in lieu of an evening out with my man -- i contemplated doing a workout in the morning, but just couldn''t get up in time...
