Hey everyone...

Matadora...hope you''re feeling better!!!

AG...again, congrats on your most recent weign-in at WW!!!

I went to Curves and did my workout + my 200 crunches...it was hard after coming off of a migraine, but I muscled through it...unfortunately, the scale says I went up about 2.5 lbs, but I''m not going to fret...yet!!

When I got home, I did another 20 AbSlides (can you tell I''m concentrating on my abs?! LOL)...

Now, I''m off to meet with some old professors in hopes of building my networking to get my business off the ground! Wish me luck!

It''s a miracle! I worked out this morning.
My trainer came 30 minutes early -- but brought me out of an bad dream (bf was receiving letters and calls from an old girlfriend... not as normal as it seems... my mind is weird at night!)
So, I did almost 60 minutes of weights with him. They were not hard, but at least it''s something. I have to go buy shorts and a bathing suit after work today. So no looking forward to it! (Especially in my yucky, bloated state)!
 
Yeah to both Achi & Ammayer!!! Great job, ladies!

I got up early due to business, and then had a nightmarish 2 1/2 hr drive into Brooklyn, got stressed & had fast food for breakfast....maybe I can fit in a workout after work tonight, I really need it....

can''t wait until June when my new job starts and I can have a little more time for me in the morning.
 
Yay for everyone - and thanks AChiO, I am pleased with the weight loss so far. As long as I can keep up this rate of weight loss, I should be at my goal weight in less than 6 months, even allowing for slip-ups and some weeks w/ no loss. Its definitely motivating to me to keep sticking with it.

I will, however, be skipping the gym again today because my throat still really hurts and my chest is still too tight for me to feel like its a good idea. Hopefully with rest today I will feel better - I have a big presentation (in front of my entire graduate program

) on Thursday, so I have to feel better by then!
